Primal is a founder-led marketing agency headquartered in Bangkok, with a second office in Kuala Lumpur. The agency was founded by Mark McDowell and employs around 150 people across six disciplines, which are strategy, search, performance, creative, social and data. Each discipline is led by a named senior practitioner listed on this page and each of Primal's platform products, INSTINCT and ElevateSEO, has a named owner accountable for it.
